Outdoor Pursuits 16 Hour First Aid Level 3 (VTQ)
This 2 day Outdoor Pursuits First Aid course is being run for the Boys Brigade in Dunblane. There are 6 places open to the public.
The course is aligned with the Institute for Outdoor Learning Statement of Good Practice and fully complies with the UK Resuscitation Council guidelines and HSE requirements. It is a very hands on/practical course and includes scenarios on Day 2 to allow students to put all their learning together in simulated incidents. Students should wear clothes they don't mind getting a little dirty and should bring waterproof jacket and trousers, plus boots, on Sunday. Teas and coffees will be proved but students should bring their own packed lunch.
